Maximum Velocity and Power (MVP): is our top-level baseball performance program.
The program will meet 3 times a week to work on the following skills: core stability,
total body explosiveness, sprint mechanics, rotator cuff maintenance, and
proportional strength. MVP is designed to make good baseball players even better.
Time: Monday, Wednesday & Friday
@ 4:00- 5:30pm
- Fall Session #1: 9/11 to 10/27
- Fall Session #2: 10/30 to 12/15
