Grades High School Athletes
Maximum Velocity and Power (MVP): Our top-level baseball performance program.
This Strength and Conditioning program has been a staple at our facility for 10 years and has helped develop some of the areas top baseball players. MVP will meet 3 times a week to work on the following skills: core stability, total body explosiveness, sprint mechanics, rotator cuff maintenance, and proportional strength. Additionally, each player will spend 20 -30 minutes of hitting work each day with data analysis by Rapsodo. Players will have measurements taken regularly of exit velocity, launch angle, flight distance. MVP is designed to make good baseball players even better.
